Shipping policy

AFTER YOUR KIRTLANDII ORDER IS PLACED IT GOES THROUGH A FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING PROCESS. THIS PROCESS MAY TAKE 2-3 WEEKS TO COMPLETE.

Important Information 

• Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will begin processing the following regular business day.
• Orders ship Monday through Friday except on holidays.
• Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has been sent to the carrier you will receive a carrier shipment tracking number.
• Please be aware that weather, shipping holidays, peak shipping seasons, and incorrect billing information can delay the shipment of your order. 
• Kirtlandii is not liable for any items lost in transit.
