Return Policy

All sales on Kirtlandii.com are final, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item was delivered damaged or the wrong item was sent.

If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged, please email contact@kirtlandii.com within 14 days of the delivery date. In your email include your full name, order number, order date, description of issue, and a picture of the issue. Please title subject line: RETURN-ORDER# (ex. RETURN-#4258).

More on Returns

• Items must be returned by the original purchaser.
• Kirtlandii is not responsible for damage that occurs while the item is being worn.
• Returns will only be granted, if the issue is deemed returnable per the policy and if the product is sent back in new, unworn, unwashed condition within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Any requests made outside of the 14 day time frame will not be accepted.
• Shipping Charges are not refundable.
• Please view Size Guide prior to placing an order.
